About Our Returns Policies

This page explains Nutricity.com.au’s change of mind return policy for items purchased directly through Nutricity.com.au. These policies apply to Nutricity.com.au-fulfilled orders only. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights in respect of faulty products.

Nutricity.com.au Change of Mind Return Policy

You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Return shipping is completely free. You will receive a prepaid return label, and there are no deductions from your refund. Original shipping fees are also fully refunded for change of mind returns.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
  • Seals or factory packaging (if any) must be intact unless stated otherwise (e.g. clothing).
  • All accessories, manuals, certificates, and packaging must be included.
  • Items must not be resized, altered, or tampered with after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions or are submitted outside the return window.

2. Shipping for Change of Mind Returns

Nutricity.com.au offers free return shipping for all eligible change of mind returns.

  • You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email after initiating your return.
  • There are no return shipping fees or restocking charges.
  • Your full item price and original shipping cost will be refunded once the return is received and inspected.

3. Category-Specific Return Conditions

a) Baby & Maternity Items

Unopened and unused baby products may be returned within 30 days. Items like breast pumps must be factory sealed to qualify for return.

b) Supplements & Nutrition

Due to health regulations, opened or used supplements and nutritional items are not returnable. Sealed and unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund and free return shipping.

c) Clothing & Apparel

Change of mind returns are accepted for unworn and undamaged apparel, even if the packaging has been opened. Tags must be intact. Items must be returned within 30 days.

d) Electronics (where applicable)

Electronic items must be unused, unregistered, and returned in their original condition. A restocking fee will not apply. Returns must be requested within 30 days.

e) Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened food or supplements)
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers
  • Hazardous materials or liquids

4. Personal Data on Returned Devices

Before returning any device that may store personal data, such as wellness trackers or smart monitors, you must:

  • Erase all personal data
  • Log out of connected accounts or apps

Nutricity.com.au is not responsible for any data left on returned devices.

5. International Orders

At this time, Nutricity.com.au does not offer change of mind returns for orders shipped outside of Australia.
